Emily started the first day of 8th grade by being diagnosed with Type I diabetes. It's not a great way to start the new school year but we are grateful for good doctor's who are helping us figure this disease out. After 3 days in the hospital she returned to school and is doing fantastic! She has truly amazed us at how well she copes with this new speed bump in her life.
