We found it interesting that we were in a Japanese restaurant and our cook was Alfredo a Hispanic man.
Jeremy had to have his own hat. He looks like Alfredo.

I love Benihana! I am totally laughing at Alfredo--when Adam was about 5, we went to a Japanese place and our (actual) Japanese chef kept talking to him in a very thick accent. Adam clearly didn't understand the chef at all, and when the chef slid food onto his plate, Adam looked up and said, "Gracias!". That would have been so much more appropriate with Alfredo!
