Emily and her friend Sasha got to meet one of their favorite authors Brandon Mull on Saturday, March 31st. He is the author of the Fablehaven series, The Candy Shop Wars and The Beyonders series. Emily introduced herself like this- "Hello, my name is Emily, I am 16, I love reading and writing, I'm a black belt and I'm a Mormon." He is LDS also and thought that was a great introduction. I must add that my 16 year old was totally geeked.
